We enjoyed its magnificent and good location.
The fact that Picoas subway station was some 20 minutes away was a plus. We got a room with a tub. We booked it for US$ 48...

Free WiFi, so I managed to update my Instagram and prove to everyone that I'm having a fabulous time in this "charming" place. Fire extinguisher, in case this place really goes up in flames. Safes, because apparently I can't trust anyone here.
No pets allowed? ! How dare they deny me the company of my pampered poodle who goes everywhere with me.

Convenient central location in the heart of the city! A bit of a walk to Horta dos Brunos, but totally doable - had a meal or two there 🍽️. Rooms come with their own private bathroom, which is always a huge plus!

We had a very very good 4 nights stay. the double room was cheap with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area. - the location was good - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. - Fonte do Neptuno was in walking distance.

the staff, although they didn't speak English, were still helpful and considerate. the bed was cozy with a thin sheet. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a bottle of water. the room had a small balcony and access to a fridge. the housekeeping staff made the bed and provided fresh towels daily. the wifi connection was good, and the location was convenient for walking to some attractions or using Uber. I also appreciated the spacious open restroom. Cons: All was good ☺️.

We had a great time at Residencia Whitelove during our recent stay in Lisbon. The small balcony was a nice touch, and we enjoyed having access to a fridge in our room. The daily housekeeping service kept everything fresh and clean, and the wifi worked well throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with walking distance to some attractions and affordable Uber rides available. The open restroom design was unique and made it feel more spacious.
Would recommend this hotel.

The twin room at Residencia Whitelove was amazing! I loved that it had a balcony with a great view. The soundproofing was a bonus, as it allowed me to have a peaceful sleep after a long night out partying. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too! the room was cozy and perfect for a partygoer like me.
The only thing I didn't love about the room was the shower in the bathroom. It was a bit small for my liking, but hey, that's just my personal preference.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to public transportation and situated in a lively neighborhood. There were plenty of shops and cafes nearby to explore. the hotel provided basic amenities like towels and toiletries which was a nice touch.
The hotel itself was not up to par. The room was in poor condition with outdated fixtures and old furniture.

The hotel's location is definitely a plus, as it's situated in the heart of the city and very close to the metro. It's easy to get around and explore everything Lisbon has to offer without having to worry about transportation. the hotel is surrounded by several shops and restaurants, making it convenient who want to grab a quick bite to eat or do some shopping.
Some areas of the hotel are in dire need of renovation, with old and worn-out furniture that can be uncomfortable to use.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lisbon. First of all, the value for money was exceptional. With affordable prices for a room with a private bathroom, it was one of the cheapest options we could find. Additionally, the location was ideal, as it was conveniently situated near the train station and close to the center of the city. We were able to easily explore all that Lisbon has to offer. The staff members were also incredibly helpful and considerate, though they didn't speak English fluently, they did their best to assist us.
Everything was absolutely fine during my stay.
